Services Provided:


Street Outreach: Meeting runaway, homeless and at-risk youth in neighborhoods, parks and other areas where they congregate to provide survival aid, individual counseling and referrals to community services including emergency housing.

 

 Case Management: More intensive, individualized services to meet the needs of runaway, homeless and at-risk youth.  Services include risk assessment, safety planning, referrals and service linkages, counseling and crisis intervention.
